Getting Help with Technology

There are multiple ways to request and receive assistance with campus supported technology.

In-person assistance is available in the Enrollment Center located on the second floor of the College Center building. If you are traveling to campus specifically to get in-person assistance, you may want to call 651-450-3653 to verify that someone will be available. In-person assistance is also available from the IT Service Desk in the IT Center building. The phone number of the IT Service Desk is 651-450-3444.

Remote assistance is a frequently used option because many problems can be resolved without traveling to campus. Submit the Requesting Help with Campus Technology web form to request assistance. The support team strives to reply to all requests within one business-day.

Extended hours of D2L support are made available for questions related to E-services and D2L by the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. Follow the Getting Help link on the D2L log-in page for additional information.
