What We Do

The Technology Services department provides a comprehensive system of technology devices and technical support services to help students learn, instructors teach, and staff and administrators work productively. Services include classroom technology, office technology, network services, software installation and configuration, StarID support, network file storage, D2L configuration and support, telephone services, and technology security.

How to Get Assistance


Students can get help with campus technology in the Enrollment Center on the second floor of the College Center. Students can also request assistance electronically using the Requesting Help with Campus Technology web form. The support team strives to reply within one business day. Many problems can be resolved quickly; others may take a bit longer.

Employees with an urgent technical support need can call extension 3444 from an on campus telephone. If you are off campus and need technical assistance with a technology service call 651-450-3444.

For important, but less urgent technical support needs, please submit an IT Help Desk Request form. Be sure to provide as much information as you can so the technician who is assigned your request will know how, where, and when to best be able to help you.
