Spring 2025 Scholarship Applications

The Spring 2025 Scholarship Application is now open, with deadline on Thursday October 24, 2024 at 11:59pm CST.

Students new to Inver Hills for Fall 2024 are advised to focus on completing admissions steps before applying for college scholarships.

Scholarship Process

The Inver Hills Foundation offers scholarships twice a year, for fall semester and spring semester. Applications for fall open in April and close at the end of June and applications for spring open in September and close at the end of October.

Students complete one application and their applications are automatically submitted for all scholarships for they are eligible and complete all of the application requirements.

Some scholarships may require additional information so please make sure to complete all required questions. Letters of recommendation are optional but may be encouraged for certain scholarships There are two short answer questions.

1. The first is "Describe your academic and career experiences and goals. Include work experience, achievements, leadership roles and community involvement.
2. The second questions asks you to "Describe your financial situation and life circumstances and how a scholarship would help you reach you goals. Please be specific, including factors such as personal or family circumstances and responsibilities, illnesses or other challenges to academic success." Each question has a 500 word limit.
