Sponsors
Inver Hills is grateful for the community support it receives. This year, we’d like to recognize the sponsors who donated at the Innovator level or above. Their generosity directly impacts students through scholarships and grants. That assistance helps many students persist through to graduation. Thank you to all our sponsors for building a better future with us!
Graduates and guests who need special accommodations, such as sign language interpreter or wheelchair access, during the ceremony are strongly encouraged to let us know so arrangements can be made. Contact the office of accessibility resources at (651) 450-3884 or accessibilityresources@inverhills.edu to make requests.
Students intending to graduate must complete the application for graduation. The application deadline is Friday, March 3, 2023. Prior to completing the application for graduation, take a moment to review your degree audit report (DARS) to confirm all requirements for your certificate and/or degree(s) have been met. Please complete a separate application for each certificate/degree you plan to earn.
You can review your DARS by logging in to e-services: select Academic Records from the left side menu. Next, select Degree Audit Report and then Request Degree Audit Report. Log-in again when prompted with your Star-ID and password. You may also be asked to select your school. You will then see a screen with your listed program(s). Select Run Declared Programs from the bottom of the page and View Audit for the program(s) you intend to graduate. If your degree is not listed or a requirement is missing that you believe should be met, please schedule an appointment with an advisor or counselor to review before submitting an application for graduation.
For questions pertaining to your graduation application, contact Enrollment Center at enrollment@inverhills.edu.
Part of the Graduate Application is to complete our Graduate Follow Up Survey. Please complete this survey to report your plans for after graduation. If you have questions about the survey or are looking for assistance in finding employment in your field, contact the Center for Career Development and Community-Based Learning for assistance.
Within one month after the semester ends, your graduation application will be processed to make certain you have completed your degree requirements. If you have fulfilled all requirements, your degree completion will be posted to your transcript and you will receive an email confirming completion of your degree. Your unofficial transcript showing your degree completion can be access through e-Services. If you need an official transcript showing completion of your degree, visit the transcript request page. Employers and other outside agencies can verify degree completion through the National Student Clearinghouse.
When you have completed your requirements, the Enrollment Center will order your diploma. You should receive your diploma in the U.S. Mail within 12 weeks after your last semester.
