The 60-credit Accounting Transfer Pathway A.S. program offers you the powerful opportunity to complete an associate degree and transfer with junior-year status to a designated, accounting-related bachelor’s degree program at one of seven Minnesota State universities.
This transfer pathway prepares you for a professional career on a wide variety of accounting paths, including internal auditor, compliance executive, financial analyst, staff accountant, and more. Accountants are employed in the public and private sector. They work in corporate management, government agencies, and firms providing auditing, consulting and tax services.
As a student in this A.S. program, you will complete the Accounting Transfer Pathway Curriculum (30 credits) and the General Education Curriculum (30 credits) for a credit total of 60.
