The Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) allows students to assess degree progress. A DARS report shows all of the requirements needed to receive a degree, and which courses are used to satisfy those requirements.
If you submit official transcripts from schools that you previously attended, the Enrollment Center will evaluate your prior coursework for transfer into your degree at Inver Hills. Once evaluated, your transfer credits will show on your DARS report, which can be viewed online and printed.
DARS is a self-advising tool that greatly simplifies the preparation of student transfer and graduation. It is an automated process for tracking your academic progress toward completing your degree at Inver Hills.
If your major is incorrect, please email Advising to update it.
To see requirements for any program offered at Inver Hills, you can run a "What-If" degree audit report. To do this, follow steps 1-4 above. Then choose the Select a Different Program link. Select your Program and Catalog Year from the drop-down menus and then choose the Run Different Program button.
